OWNER: LAWRENCE M. CALHOUN
Lawrence M. Calhoun, has over 37 years of experience in pricing and estimating. The owner has performed Management Earned Value Evaluation on major high dollar Department of Defense Weapon Systems and various contracted items during his 37 years in estimating, scheduling, budgeting and pricing. He has received sustained superior service award for service. He is a Certified Construction Project Manager, certified from Cal State University Dominguez Hills, 2008. He received extensive training in construction management that supplemented his work experience in scheduling, budgeting and estimating. Lawrence M Calhoun is also a consultant with the following broad-based competencies:

Kenneth A. Redway is an IAPPMO certified inspector – Mechanical/Plumbing, he has a LA City Journeyman’s License, and a Vocational Education Teaching Credential from UCLA.
GENERAL MANAGER: KEN ROLLINS
Ken Rollins is a General Manager who has a Master Plumber License since 1987. Hi has experience in all phases of plumbing including Deign build, Auto Cad drafting, hotels, restaurants, industrial, residential, commercial, military, and service.
CONTRACT ADMINSTRATOR: KENT FOLTZ, CPA
Kent S. Foltz is the Contract Administrator and ensures Orbital’s accounting system and contract proposals are in compliance with FAR requirements. Mr. Foltz audited government contracts for 19 years with the Defense Contract Audit Agency.
